At the end of the decade, I said 2020 was a preparatory year for “a decade of realised dreams”. That is not how it’s panned out, because I’ve just left my second job in six months. Back in August, I spoke about my hopes and fears for the job I’ve just left. I’m happy to say that after a rough first couple of weeks, I really liked it! It was a good job to do, and I was surrounded by an amazingly supportive team. The lessons I learned there I am taking forward into my new role, but I knew that staying there wasn’t for me and they all knew it too.
